You have to contact kabam support: 1..Tell them what champ you want to use the generic gem on 2. They’ll email you back and tell you to rank up using the class gem & ask you to reply back to them…1 -

What if...? The game actually rewarded loyalty. Staying with the same alliance would offer some nice rewards. Would have helped early on when alliance hopping was out of control.10
